Whole Body Wellness

Bring your body back into balance.

Chiropractic care is a general term that refers to a wide variety of doctors using methods, techniques, and tools to help your body heal and feel great. Dr. Ginette and her team utilize scientifically proven, modern instrumentation to help you reach your health goals as quickly and gently as possible.

Chiropractic revolves around preserving balance in the human body and its natural self-healing capacity. Through gentle, focused care, Dr. Ginette helps patients heal, recover, and feel their best.

She is trained in –and uses – a variety of adjustment techniques and care depending on a patient’s needs and goals. One of the main techniques utilizes a highly sophisticated adjusting instrument. This complex instrument is able to sense your body’s response to an adjustment.  It is extremely precise, efficient, and comfortable.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • A chiropractic adjustment is a gentle and precise movement applied to the spine or other joints in the body. It helps restore proper joint movement and supports the nervous system so your body can function at its best.

Some chiropractors perform manual adjustments that may produce a popping sound. This sound is simply gas being released from the joint, similar to the sound when opening a soda can. It is normal and not harmful.

Dr. Ginette specializes in gentle, precise instrument adjustments, so there is no twisting, cracking, or popping during treatment.

  • Your spine plays an important role in how your body moves, supports posture, and maintains mobility. A healthy spine helps you perform daily activities comfortably and move freely.

Your spine also protects your central nervous system, including the spinal cord and nerve roots that communicate with the rest of your body, much like your skull protects your brain.

  • Yes. Chiropractic adjustments are safe, natural, and use gentle, precise pressure with minimal force. Most people find them relieving. Dr. Ginette performs a thorough assessment before care to ensure it’s appropriate and will refer out or modify the plan as needed if any contraindications are present.

  • Chiropractors in Canada complete a minimum of seven to eight years of postsecondary education, including a four-year Doctor of Chiropractic program with extensive classroom and clinical training at an accredited chiropractic college.

In Ontario, chiropractors are regulated by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and must complete continuing education each year to maintain their license.

Dr. Ginette is a lifelong learner and continually expands her expertise. She has completed additional training, including certification in Pediatric Chiropractic through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, certification in Animal Chiropractic through the Veterinary Chiropractic Learning Centre, and board certification in Neurofeedback, also known as brain training.

  • The length of care depends on your goals and the reason you came in. Some people seek care for short term relief, while others choose ongoing care to maintain spinal health and optimize function.

We will recommend a care plan based on your needs, goals, and lifestyle, but the decision to continue care is always yours.

  • Many parents seek chiropractic care for their children to support their overall health and development. Some families come in because of specific concerns such as colic, sport injuries, headaches, or posture issues.

Chiropractors check the spine for areas of dysfunction that may affect nervous system function and overall body performance. Chiropractors do not treat diseases but focus on improving how the body functions.

Dr. Ginette holds a postdoctoral certification in pediatric chiropractic from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has extensive experience caring for children. Techniques are always adapted to the child’s size, age, and needs, often using gentle instruments.

  • Most extended health insurance plans include chiropractic coverage. We recommend contacting your provider to confirm your benefits.

We provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you do not have insurance, chiropractic care may also be eligible as a medical tax deduction.

  • Yes. Many people benefit from chiropractic care even after back surgery. Dr. Ginette sees many patients in this situation, and because she uses gentle instrument adjustments, her care is very appropriate and safe for those with post-surgical conditions. She will carefully assess your medical history and current condition to determine the best approach for you.

  • We understand that cost is an important part of getting started. Your initial visit starts at $145 and includes your consultation, assessment, and first treatment.

All services provided by Dr. Ginette fall under chiropractic care. As coverage can vary, we recommend checking with your provider for the details of your individual plan.

At the end of your visit, you’ll receive a detailed receipt for your records that can be submitted for reimbursement. We also offer payment options to help make care more accessible.

Hear Their Experience

Denise’s Story

When Denise first came into our clinic, she arrived in a wheelchair, supported by her husband. At that point, even getting through the door required assistance. But that wasn’t the end of her story… As the weeks went by and we worked on supporting her nervous system through our care, something remarkable began to happen: She progressed from a wheelchair…

  • To using a walker

  • Then to a cane

  • And now… she is driving herself to the clinic independently

What More People Are Saying…

  • Life-Changing Care for Our Entire Family

Dr. Ginette what can I say but I’m so glad I found her when my old chiropractor retired. She’s down to earth and very professional. She 100% cares about every patient she has. She helped my youngest son with his anxiety and late-night washroom issues. And my other son with his turned in foot and growth spurt pains. They look forward to going every month and walk out with comfortable sighs, like everything was just fixed in their life. She also helped me with my stubborn hip and my work-related shoulder issues, suggesting a none invasive solution to help because she knew I didn’t want medications or cortisone shots. Would recommend everyone to her 100%

  • Thank You for Giving Me My Life Back

I arrived at my first appointment in a wheelchair. From there I quickly progressed to walking using a walker. I now walk unassisted, doing my usual tasks and back to being able to drive alone. Thank you for restoring my life. I really appreciate the caring and efficient staff.

  • Gentle Care, Lasting Relief

Before coming to Dr Ginette I had been suffering with chronic neck and back pain. I had sought out several chiropractic facilities with very minimal or temporary relief. I was quite discouraged. A dear friend referred me to Dr. Ginette and reassured me that her approach was gentle yet effective. I am pleasantly surprised at the level of pain management already experienced and only half way through treatment. I highly recommend her. She is kind and compassionate also.

  • Where Advanced Knowledge Meets Compassionate Care

Dr. Ginette is not like any other chiropractor she’s of her own kind. She does continuous education to gain further knowledge on how the Chiropractic world has evolved over the years. She completes a detailed assessment, nothing close to a physician. Chiropractors, the spine is their specialty. That means the spine is their focus. People like myself have a high pain threshold and things get overseen. Without the knowledge of a chiropractor I am given an earlier chance to pain management. With the help of Dr. Ginette, we got a better picture and took a plan of action. Thank you for your support and kindness from the receptionist and yourself!
